All orders will be processed within 5 to 10 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has been shipped and will receive a link or tracking number. In some special cases such as customs problems, natural disasters or storms, floods, the order may be delayed by 3-5 days.

Regarding shipping fees: The shipping fee for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Orders over $130 will be free shipping, orders under $130 will be charged $4.99 for shipping costs.
